Introduction

Engineering Service Department has been introducing the advanced technologies of processing, injection molding, measuring of our oversea suppliers to domestic. And offer new products and market information to customers to help customers increase productivity and sustainable growth.
Furthermore, Engineering Service Department engages itself in such activities as the installation and education of all products sold and the provision of overhaul and maintenance services using its internally-accumulated service capabilities. It has built its direct service channels in major regions including the Seoul metropolitan area and North and South Gyeongsang provinces in an attempt to respond quickly to customers¡¯ technical difficulties on the site and thus afford them great satisfaction.

    • - Operation of a Injection molding school , Processing school and Measuring school
    • - Operation of a customer facility history and management system
    • - Operation of a maintenance guidance system
    • - Issue service newsletter
    • - Hold a technical seminar
    • - Foreign advanced technology research and introduced domestic
  • Service
    • - Maintenance service : Education and training on repair and maintenance through on-site visits and calls
    • - Before service : Prior technical education using product demonstrations exhibitions and seminars
    • - After service : Identification of needs and problems through diagnostics and repair work and Happy Calls.
    • - On time service : Installation, commissioning and education
